Ms. McKnight successfully appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, obtaining reversal of the District Court judgment in The Organic Cow, LLC v. The Center For New England Dairy Compact Research.
Ms. McKnight defeated an appeal from a judgment based on a grant of summary judgment to her insurer client in an insurance subrogation matter, Utica National Insurance Company v. Cyr (Vt. 2008).
