Ms. McKnight was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1982 and to the Vermont Bar in 1997. In addition, she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Vermont, the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She has been admitted pro hac vice in New York and Florida. Ms. McKnight has considerable experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where she has prosecuted trademark applications and litigated inter partes trademark matters.
Ms. McKnight provides counseling in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, insolvency, trade secret law, contract disputes, intellectual property, copyright and trademark infringement, real estate, probate, family law, and personal injury matters. She has extensive administrative law experience, including professional licensing issues.
